Medical Course Introduction

As communication with Spanish speaking patients and medical colleagues is gaining importance day by day, and due to the great demand in this field we have developed an exclusive Spanish course for doctors, nurses and health professionals who need to acquire specific vocabulary and medical – health terminology. The course is customized for health care professionals and students in all areas of specialization of the medical field.

The main goal of the course is to improve the language skills for effective communication with patients, gain their confidence, help them in their recovery and maintaining conversations in Spanish about their diseases with them and their families.

This course has a minimum lenght of two weeks (40 hours), divided in two hours of grammar and two hours of specific vocabulary, and related to terms and medical information that will help to improve your communicative skills and comprehension.

Notice that previous knowledge of the Spanish language is required as well as a minimum of three students per group/class.
